    Karen Park has literally changed my life. I am 61 years old and for most of my adult life I have succeeded and failed over and over again with trying to obtain a consistent healthy lifestyle. When I started with Karen I was really disappointed with my body and overall health. She taught me that the combination of physical activity, proper nutrition and positive mindset are all needed to obtain the health goals I was trying to achieve.     I'm so appreciative of the thought and energy Karen has put into my workouts. As a working musician for over 50 years, I have a ton of repetitive stress injuries but Karen has found workarounds and we continue to build strength. Progress finally!
