He is very dedicated to his patients & although he retired many years ago..he is still there treating his patients most days.WAH is very busy and the worldwide shortage of vets does not help. They are overwhelmed by people bringing their babies to them. They are often booked at least a month out for routine visits. They do their best to accommodate emergency calls. WAH tries to keep their fees reasonable and will work out a payment plan with you if you're honest!Dr Mello's daughter, Dr Jodi is also an experienced excellent vet there for many years. I've heard another long time vet is retiring soon. They have reduced their hours since COVID to Monday- Friday.I highly recommend WAH.“

“Great response time. We requested service the night prior and they came out the next morning to groom all three of our dogs. They were patient, kind, caring, and perfect with our dogs. All three of them look amazing and we will definitely be using them moving forward. Great pricing!“

“When we got our first family pup, we had no idea what we were going to do with her when we went away for our hols. We really didn't want to put her in kennels, but didn't know of anyone else we could use. I've been friends with Lucy for years, going paddleboarding and hiking in the mountains, and just as me and my wife were trying to figure out what we were going to do, Lucy launched her dog sitting service. Lucy went completely over and above our expectations, we got photos and videos of our wee pup whilst we were away, including pics of her family playing with her too. I'm pretty sure our pup didn't want to leave, she might have possibly had more fun with Lucy and her family than she does with us ?“

She usually has to be muzzled but they were so patient and gen with her that they didn’t have to. I would highly recommend them to everyone. “My golden retriever moose absolutely loves coming to see Casey and all his friends at npc for doggie daycare. He sits by the window in the morning just waiting for his ride to camp. It’s been a blessing coming home from work to a dog who has not been locked in the house alone all day by himself and instead spent all day running around playing. On top of that as a dog owner, Casey is able to help out with a lot of questions and concerns and makes me feel safe about having my boy with him all the time. “My husband and I love Sakonnet grooming! We used to bring our bernese mix to a different groomer in the Warren/Bristol area & he would shake and not want to get out of the car. We unfortunately attributed this to him not liking the groomers.But thankfully we decided to try Sakonnet and he has done a total 180 with how he reacts to the groomers. He absolutely loves going there & you can tell that they really care about animals, especially the owner.I feel awful for bringing him to that other place for so long where he was clearly mistreated based on how terrified he would get.But I definitely recommend sakonnet grooming! Such a great place with great staff“

Everyone of our pets come out looking like a show dog. Kristin, her sister and everyone who works there loves their work and the pets that come in. We highly recommend them.“
