Austin grooms my Bernese Mountain Dog, and he always does an amazing job. My big guy comes home looking absolutely beautiful every single time. Lisa grooms my mini Labradoodle, and she always makes her look so adorable. You can tell they both truly care about the dogs and take pride in their work.

The entire staff is wonderful. Peyton does a great job with baths and always helps make sure the dogs leave looking and feeling their best. Candace is so patient and caring with senior dogs, and it’s clear she has a special touch with older pets. The receptionist is always friendly and helpful, making scheduling easy and even finding ways to fit me in earlier when possible.

They were so gentle with her and clearly both groomers were serious animal lovers. I could hear her purring from across the room! And yes, I was there while she was being groomed - Renee offered me the choice to stay or leave for a cup of coffee; most places have me drop her off for a few hours.They are very knowledgable and professional and the grooming was first-rate. “Honestly could not recommend The Pooch Parlor any more highly, incredibly professional and they do beautiful work. Where we used to go cancelled on me a few times the day of appointments without a heads up, so I made the switch last spring over and couldn't be happier. One of my dogs is a little nervous and fearful and has had nothing but positive experiences and beautiful grooms - another always WANTS to go even when we don't have an appointment.
