What happened instead, though- was that my shoulder feels great, and I loved having small group personal training so much, that I decided to stick with it, and cancel the kickboxing! I started seeing results within a couple of weeks and actually look forward to going. I would never push myself if left to my own devices, and found that the small group really helps with my motivation and energy levels. Jonathan and Emily are absolutely lovely and are amazing motivators. I HIGHLY recommend!“

The employees are friendly and the manager takes her job seriously. They are constantly sanitizing equipment and machines. The gym is so big you rarely if at all have to wait for weights or machines. Members are generally friendly and the hours are great.“

221 Third Street First Floor, North, Newport“I came here for one night to see a standup comic that was doing a show right next door with one of my friends. We got to the hotel around 4pm and parked our car with the valet. There is only valet parking and no lot for the hotel, but the nearby lots are almost the same price anyway. The room was cute, smelled nice and was clean. It was a little small but did the trick for the one night stay. The check in process was easy and check out you were able to walk right out the door. The valet also had the car ready very quickly which was great. It is a great spot and near a lot of things downtown. Overall I'd recommend staying here while in the area.“
