I had the best experience with this team. We regained possession of a family home from a renter and it was filthy to put it lightly. They had a team of four: Victoria, Betty, Kristen and Mark come and spend practically the whole day scrubbing the house until it looks as close to brand new as possible. They even stayed an extra two+ hours to finish the big job so it wouldn't have to go into a second day. They were kind, personable, thorough and great communicators. The bathroom was our biggest worry. The shower was practically all black, there was a bit of mold, and so much dog hair you could hardly see the tiles. They were so excited to show us the outcome, a white sparkling shower, a beautiful floor and cleaned walls. Thank you to Kristen for this. The previously grimey oven is so clean we finally feel comfortable using it thanks to Victoria and Mark even helped us fix a couple of light fixtures that the tenants had ruined. Thank you to Betty as well for such hard work. We were emotional to see the beautiful house be restored. We learned that this a family owned and operated business, which we love to support. We will be hiring them again and we can't recommend them enough. We are very grateful for their hard work.
