My first visit with this practice. I am a retired surgeon. Everyone was just excellent from reception, Daphne the medical assistant to Dr Larkin. All my questions were answered and full explanations given for my multi-factorial eye issues with mild cataracts, glaucoma suspect, and a pre-retinal membrane…..without a push to surgery.
I have now had my third visit with this practice. Dr. Larkin as well as her assistant Emily were absolutely excellent. They explained things very well and are very personable and very professional. The optician seemed bothered and hurried. The doctor res fresnel lens be placed on my right lens. The optician had me come back next day for a 10 minute experience. She could have done this on the day I saw the doctor as there was no one else in the optical area.
