I am very impressed with the service from Vortechs HVAC. We had 3 other HVAC contractors provide quotes, and Vortechs (AJ) was the only one that looked at our house holistically, and wanted to provide us the best option for our house, our needs, and also consider the RISE Engineering incentives that were available. After 2 visits to evaluate our options, they provided us their recommendations, and a quote for a minisplit system that was equivalent to other quotes we received. Their communication through the whole project was fantastic, Melissa responded to emails very quickly, and was very knowledgable. They communicated with RISE as needed, and kept us in the loop when RI took away the enhanced rebates they had promised. Thankfully RI re-instated the rebates eventually, but Vortechs kept us updated throughout. When they came to actually do the work, Hunter was the lead technician and was very polite and professional and knew exactly what was going on at all times. They were very clean, and kept us updated on the status and any work they needed to do in a different part of the house. They are also helping us apply for the rebates and filling out the paperwork. Thank you very much, we will be very happy with our new minisplits, providing AC and heat to our entire house!
We recently had an issue with our oil fired furnace where smoke and carbon backed into the home and had to call the fire Dept. We called 10 companies to please come help us only to be told they were all too busy or didn’t service our area. When my wife contacted Boucher... they initially said they were super busy but after listening to our story and the wife having a break down on the phone.... they came to our rescue! Hunter (a very young man) came and did and extremely thorough job, put all my wife’s fears to rest and talked us through a lot of what he was doing and why. We are in the market for a new mini split system and now know exactly who we will be contacting when we are ready to pull the trigger! Thanks again Hunter and the team at Boucher!
