I"ve worked with John S., (Project Consultant) and Ron M. (Installation Manager). Both have been professional and informative. They discussed financing/payment, colors, trims, finishes, all materials related to the design and the installation process - all knowledgeably and confidently, while ensuring that I understood my options. They both offered full explanations, clarified all questions and were both pleasant, friendly and patient. I felt they wanted to not just do a good job but that they care for the product and experience/outcome they are delivering. There is even a portal where I can track the various aspects of my project.
