Today follow-up measurements were taken by Jasob B. for replacement windows. We reviewed how we will need to prepare for the actual installation. Also, we reviewed which interior window frames I'll need to stain after installation. It was all quick, easy and very pleasant. I'm confident we're all on the same page regarding expectations. Thanks Jason!

Today I met with Jason Boissonneault who will be overseeing our project. Jason was very impressive, gave me every detail of what the job would entail. He brought to my attention some things about work that they may or may not have to do, if they run into a problem. I appreciate that Jason let me know what to expect, on day installation….So happy that we chose Renewal by Andersen !

Jason Boissonneault came to my residence Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at 3:30pm in order to take measurements for the upcoming installation of our two new RENEWAL by ANDERSEN "ProVia" doors.Jay was very courteous, professional and very detailed on the entire process. He went over the "Homeowner Pre Installation Checklist" in detail ensuring we had full understanding of each step. He asked if we had any other questions or concerns and we responded that we had none and was very satisfied with his overall process.Now we wait anxiously for the final installation of our new doors.
