Ray and his staff were both professional and courteous during our mini split installation. Unfortunately we had an ongoing performance issue with the system initially that took some time to diagnose. Once the problem was successfully diagnosed, Ray stood behind his work and corrected the problem at no additional expense to us.
My boiler broke down and water was going everywhere. I must have called at least 20 places and Ray was the only one that called me back. He immediately recognized the urgency and made it over within an hour. He and his employees had me back up and running with a new boiler within the next 2 days. I contacted a Rinnai service contractor to repair my wall furnace. The estimated cost was about $1,000.00. I called PMS and Ray repaired it within an hour with no parts required. Ray was honest and very professional. You can't go wrong. Thank you. Harold Burke
