Like others, I was directed to Joe and his company through a Home Depot request. I returned from a Christmas vacation to discover I had no hot water...luckily tank didn't leak just tripped a circuit breaker and smelled like something had burned out. Sent in the request on New Year's Eve not expecting a call back until after the New Year....he called back in 20 minutes, asked if it was an emergency (I said no) quoted me several options...scheduled it for 1st thing the day after New Year's day. Mike, one of his dedicated employees, called me about 45 minutes out to say they were on their way, and showed up on time. Mike and Eddie were extremely friendly, assesed the problem and took it from there....cleaned everything up, took away old tank, we made a few jokes along the way about the problems with Newport parking and old houses...quick and done in just about 1 1/2 hours ! Would definitely use them again for other plumbing needs.
I would recommend Feula Plumbing & Heating to anyone needing plumbing services…we live in Florida but have older family members who desperately needed help with removal and replacement of the basement OLD water heater. They immediately returned my call and accomplished my request within two days!!! Wow…much more than I expected. They were courteous, quick, and even cleaned up any mess to complete the task! our water heater broke down four days ago. We haven’t had hot water since. The manufacturer refused to honor the warranty. We went to Home Depot and ordered a new boiler and within five minutes of the purchase we got a call from Mike at Feula Who said if we be home in one hour he would be there to replace the water heater. He and his partner Ed did outstanding job. They explained to us how to properly maintain a new water heater, he had it installed in Weston a half hour. He tested it thoroughly and he gave us some advice on his maintenance. not only that, he returned the old water heater got a credit and took it off our bill!
