Corey and his team provide excellent construction services. They have removed and replaced two roofs on my property. They show up when they say they would and leave the property significantly better than when they started. Other family members have used their services and have only praise for their work. Ferschke Construction came highly recommended for replacing our roof shingles. They responded immediately when I first contacted them, and followed through quickly with an appointment to look at the job. Our property manager looked at the plan and costs, and confirmed the quote met industry standards. A Dumpster and materials were delivered exactly as scheduled. On the day of the job, the team, supervised by a manager on the ground, put a protective covering over all surrounding landscaping. They worked safely and efficiently to complete the job. And the site was throughly cleaned afterward. We were very happy with the work.
