A few weeks ago, I went to cellular mobile services and Met Stephanie we talked about the phones specially, the one I needed. I went back yesterday and purchased my phone with Stephanie. She was amazing. Listen to what my needs were and wants. Her customer service was impeccable. I highly recommend anyone who’s in need for a phone or any services to go and see her. It was a pleasure. Five stars to Stephanie.
Visited Cellular Mobile Service today on Putnam Pike.
I was locked out of my phone and in a panic...I'm at that age where technology and I are often arch enemies! To the point, as soon as I walked in the store I was met with a friendly smile and a demeanor that suggested my problem was going to be handled confidently.
Dave , in no time, identified the issue and fixed it. Dave is a very knowledgeable and trained technician and I was fortunate to have benefitted from his professionalism.
