Having the right real estate agent to shepherd you through the selling and buying process is critical! I met with several agents and knew with Anastasia I had found the one. She was clear in explaining both the selling and buying processes to me. After walking through my house she recognized its potential as a multi generational family home which made it rather unique and talked to me about possible marketing ideas. Anastasia brought in the right people to help including an outside appraiser so that the house would go on the market at the right price. She had the house photographed and an online tour put out before the first showing. Anastasia advertised that this property would be “coming soon”, so when the time came to put my house on the market and set appointments for a showing, there were people anxious to come in and tour. A solid offer came in within a day! And Anastasia continued to work with me making sure all my needs were met, I had good legal care and many recommendations for help I might need to downsize after 50 years and move. Because I was going to a condo that was still under construction, she had been clear to the potential and the eventual buyers what a closing date might look like. That made me comfortable! As my buyer’s agent she gave me tremendous support in locking in the condo I had located and helping me through that entire process as well. I can’t begin to say enough about the exceptional care and service that Anastasia provided to me! She is thorough, ethical, conscientious, organized and caring! She is an agent I would recommended to anyone, anytime!
