“Earth & Water were the only ones willing to take on the challenge of redoing my pond. Joe and his team drew up a plan and design and got right to work. They brought a temporary pool onsite and carefully removed all of my fish, so that work could be started. They removed all the boulders and old pond equipment I had and brought in new material and new pumps. They also extended it out width and length giving me a much bigger pond. Joe also had his landscaping team come down and do all of the landscape around the pond with lighting and all kinds of plants and trees. Even built a couple caves in the pond for the fish. I would definitely recommend Earth & Water not only for there outstanding work but also because even after the job was done and i still had questions or questions came up Joe and his team answered right away.“

“Although it’s been about 5 years since we sold our place in Tiverton, when we owned it, we used Doug to maintain our property and cut the five acre parcel of land we had at the time. The property was in decline when we bought it— and the plantings and grass hadn’t been well maintained at all. Doug and his crew worked hard and transformed a seedy looking, overgrown place with a ramshackle cottage into a lovely property over the course of one spring and through out the remaining time we had the property. My husband and I were stunned in the amount of labor, effort and results that happened during the time they were maintaining the lawn.. we also used him for plowing, and again he didn’t disappoint— always very responsive to texts, and any changes we requested at any time— he came the same day regardless of how many inches were on the ground. “I am so happy with the work that Rick and his team did on my front walkway. We had an old brick walkway that had issues with sinking which we had repaired a few years back only to have it sink again. We only wanted something temporary quickly in time for the holidays, safe and that looked better than the sunken walk. We planned to redo completely in the spring. Rick advised heavily on digging up to find and fix the issue before installing a temporary walk. We are so glad he did. He pulled huge tree trunks, left from our builder 30 years ago, from the ground just in front of our front steps. The sink hole would have started to affect our foundation if not addressed when Rick did. He filled and compacted the area and created a lovely blue stone and pad walk with cobblestone edging, trimmed some bushes and mulched the gardens....much more than we expected. It's gorgeous and I'm considering keeping this temporary walk for longer than just a few months. Rick was professional and responsive.....he was able to fit our job in within a few weeks in time for Thanksgiving. On top of all that he still went above and beyond with some added touches we were not expecting. I highly recommend Rick and his team for your landscaping needs.“

“I moved to Riverside about 6 months ago and it was the best luck I moved down the street from Holmes landscaping company. This isn't just a business. It's kind people who want to help other people. First, I hit a snag regarding my landscaping service regarding my rental. Holmes was mentioned to be right down the road from a neighbor. So, I happened to speak to Crissy, the owners wife, about a quick mow. I would do the rest. We exchanged numbers like just a couple neighbors and was told I was put on the list. They showed up just like she said and it was a whole team! They made the yard look great! They even did my neighbors yard (we live in a duplex with a shared yard) for no extra charge. After settling down, I wanted to do a little landscaping. Again, I contacted Crissy about the yard. Literally that day, I was welcomed to come on down and look through what they have to get ideas for my project. I spoke to John, (the owner) and he's just as friendly. We chatted, I got what I needed and was on my way. I now have an amazing patio that looks beautiful and didn't cost an arm and a leg. From the amount of Holmes trucks coming and going, I can tell they're a very busy company. But, again, they're people too. Wonderful people who are professional but, treat you with respect and generosity. Hard to come by these days. I highly recommend this business to anyone. 6 stars.“
