I have been doing business with Aqua Science for over 20 years. I live in Coventry, RI with well water that is full of iron. With Aqua Science's help I have a water treatment system in place that provides my house with very clean water. They are a great place for DIY people like myself but they also offer full services if you don't want to do it yourself. A few times over the years they have gone above and beyond for me. They are always helpful when I have bitten off more than I could chew. Recently, Mackenzie was very helpful getting me back up and running after I didn't have running water for a few days.

The 1st of 2 shipments was received in a few days, the 2nd package said it was delivered, but back to your dock. Your Sales Engineer promptly answered my e-mail that it was damaged and returned to you. The new shipment was sent out that day and is expected early next week.
Hello: Still waiting for local plumber to help in the install. Aqua Science rep was cordial and responsive to our ordering needs. A part that was damaged in shipping and was replaced/hipped out in a timely fashion.
