I've been a patient at this practice for over 20 years and had a very positive experience before my previous OB retired. Unfortunately, things have changed significantly since he left.

Communication is extremely difficult. Phone calls are never answered, voicemails are not returned, and MyChart messages often go unanswered for weeks. At one point I sent six messages over the course of a month before finally giving up and asking my PCP to order the ultrasound I needed.

I have a been a patient of this facility for about 4 years now. In that time frame of me being there I have been displaced twice. The first physician Boyle left then they shifted me to another physician when I had already built a rapport with Boyle. Then they put me with Odom and she was amazing as well THEN she left their practice and I guess I failed to contact the office in time to tell them I still want to remain a patient in their facility so they removed me as a patient entirely. I moved to RI when I was five months pregnant and needed to find an OB/midwife asap. This practice has been great. I originally thought I'd go with one particular midwife, but she was booked when I needed my first appointment, so they put me with Jane Bradley instead for that first meeting. We ended up liking her so much that we never reverted! She has been great and listening and recommending care for our (more difficult than expected) pregnancy. The office had one snafu where they scheduled me for an appointment and then - without notifying me - cancelled the appointment (I guess one of the midwives needed unexpected knee surgery?), but I was really impressed at how the office rallied to get me the care I needed within 24 hours. Definitely glad I found this practice!
