Chris is excellent. I came in for a quick adjustment of my new frames. He’s a wizard with a heat gun. Made a few little tweaks that have them sitting perfectly now. In and out in 5 minutes.

I’ve been curious about Warby Parker for years, and finally went there for my glasses purchase this year when my prescription changed. I love that they are affordable, one very reasonable price for lenses and frames. Nick was lovely to work with and very knowledgeable, he helped me choose the right glasses for me, giving guidance on lens options and frame materials to ensure I chose the ones that would suit me best. I will definitely go back for a second pair in a few months. Highly recommend choosing Warby Parker. I’m not using insurance and it’s way less expensive than shopping for glasses at my eye doctor or LensCrafters, even with the insurance.
