I've been a patient for over 12 years lately in the last year it has changed greatly now for people that work 2 jobs it's very inconvenient when they don't have providers on a Monday cause somebody's out you think they'd have another provider coming in to cover and then Tuesday Wednesday is the only day at 11:00 in the morning both some people will have 2 jobs and work can't go so now I have to wait till the end of the month to get shots again unacceptable and what ever happened to providing for the patients. Definitely thinking about finding another allergy facility.

I've been going to University Otolaryngology for at least 20 years. I started out seeing Dr. Bhat, for those who remember him, who was not only a good doctor but his personality and bedside manner were second to none! He was a total sweetheart. Unfortunately, he passed away several years ago. After that I was passed over to Dr. Ruhl. I've been with him for many years now. I know his reputation as a good and knowledgeable doctor and that's what we all want, but he has absolutely no bedside manner. I ALWAYS feel like I getting rushed in and out. I don't even dare ask too many questions as he has his hand on the door knob the second he finishes my exam. Today, even my exam wasn't as thorough as it usually is and I had a secondary problem today. Seriously thinking of asking to see another doctor in the group. Any suggestions will be appreciated. I have an issue wirh my vocal cords and also positional vertigo ((inner ear crystals) that require therapy. Any thoughts?!!
