Omg, I was so in shape about 7 years ago... I so miss chocolate Manna and doing the gym routine at Bally's that Joe instructed ...but they closed...I'm a member at Healthtrax here in East Providence. It's set up totally different there...machines are not in order ..:(.

I've been with Joe and his Specialty Company for well over 25 years now, besides being my Pastor and one of my best friends, he's also my nutritionist whom in my humble opinion, Is one of, if not the best nutritionist in this state. Not in just my opinion and in my accomplishments listening to this man but seeing the results of other throughout the years makes it more of a fact that he is the best at what he does. He gets you in the best shape of your life, if you are willing to listen and do EXACTLY what he says, He'll change your body forever and help educate you during your journey to meet your goal on how this is done the correct way.
