Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Owner is also a real estate broker so if you want so sell your property, she can do it. They manage condos, rental properties, and handle sales and rentals.
Sea flower Properties is one the BEST management companies around. They are as good as it gets. Always professional, courteous and timely. Amy works tirelessly to make sure that things are done and done right. She never disappoints. I am extremely please with Seaflower Properties and their entire staff.
The team at Seaflower has been managing our condominium property for over a year now and has done a phenomenal job, getting us back on track.
