I brought my non verbal autistic child in to the emergency room at Hasbro Tuesday. The level of care and consideration for my daughter was amazing! I can't remember our nurses name or the amazing doctors but we occupied room 3 all day Tuesday until admitted to the 6th floor room 625. Our experience was so wonderful.. Dad and I obviously were both scared as our kiddo was very ill and can't tell us what's wrong. I thought because the waiting room was packed we would have to wait a while but just know in emergency events they move fast. I can't say enough praises for hasbro emergency and the entire staff on the 6floor red.

The doctors in the emergency department that saw my son today were very knowledgable, kind, empathetic, and professional. They did a great job making my 4 year old as comfortable as possible during a painful and difficult procedure. Only complaint is the long wait to get in which worsened his condition and the long wait to get discharged after the procedure.

The hands on staff is fantastic but ive got covid there twice, they don't disinfect the rooms at least in a timely manner and forget about getting a autistic teenager with behavior problems a inpatient stay they'll send you home in a few hours ,they basically have to hit you and threaten suicide for any help
