Would not recommend working with Liz at all. I filed my taxes back in April and have spent weeks trying to get answers with little to no communication. After finally responding, Liz told me she would send me the paperwork either that day or the next day… and then completely disappeared again. Calls ignored, emails ignored, no follow through whatsoever.
At this point I’m left with no choice but to leave a review because this has been beyond unprofessional and stressful. People depend on their tax documents and refunds, and being ghosted for weeks is unacceptable.
