Absolutely horrible staff do not take your child there. The therapist is more interested in flirting than conducting therapy, even goes for dinner with a patient and their father. They bill one parents insurance but will deny that parent any information like when appointments are because the other parent made it. Extremely rude stuff when asked why they over charged a visit said “what do you care it’s your insurances problem. And just don’t pay the bill when it comes in.”

Honestly disappointed went here to get my son evaluated in December was sent a screeners questionnaire filled it out and sent it to jannete rey was told the info would be sent to me in email and never was I emailed her two times and called the building multiple times to where they were probably sick of me trying to get an update and never got one and today February 24th two months after I sent the screeners back to her she texts me asking if I sent it to her so yea very not happy with providence behavioral health they don’t seem to care about their “patients” at all and even when at the appointment to evaluate was completely rushed out of the building with my son and at the time three month old and didn’t even give me time to put her in the car seat she literally took my daughters car seat out of the room before I could even put her in it all they care about is their paycheck and nothing else especially not helping kids if I could I would be giving 0 stars so please act like it’s 0 not 1 cause they don’t deserve even the one star

Since I've been working with Olivia Footer, as my therapist, all my experiences have been very positive. I've been with her for the past several months, and all of my visits with her is what I had expected and hoped for.
She listens carefully to my needs and concerns. She asks relevant and important questions pertaining to my situation. Medications the she prescribed for me, has helped me tremendously. As soon as my medications are getting low, I let Olivia know and she sends off the prescription straight to the pharmacy. I'm very thankful to Olivia Footer for helping me to get back to the normal scope of life.
