This place is amazing - Take the other reviews with a grain of salt. As far as the comments about the cancellation fees go - every late cancellation = lost business for them if they can't reschedule. They happily waive the fees for you if you're a good patient and show up for all of your appointments otherwise. The office is really nice (Providence), gorgeous waiting room pre-COVID and a safe space to get treatment. I can only speak for my experience with my own therapist, but I highly recommend this place.

This is a review for the yoga classes they offer. Their specialty in the yoga studio are sessions focused on gentle yoga and/or meditation. They offer several classes a week including gentle yoga and chair yoga. Mid to late morning seems to be the most popular time frame, but there are classes that start as early as 7:45am and as late as 6:30pm to accommodate folks' busy schedules. Adults of any age and level of experience are all welcome. Sometimes I there's some programming specifically for kids, too! Chair yoga is perfect for folks with limited mobility, though in all classes they encourage you to listen to your body and only do things that you feel comfortable trying....read full review
