This is a qualified recommendation. I had a serious problem with my Meridian home of 8 years that required the builders attention. After several attempts to contact them by myself and my realtor , our calls went unanswered. UNTIL my daughter Casey Luttmann posted a negative review on Facebook detailing the issue. Just as she predicted ,and to my surprise, THAT got results. They quickly got on it and thanks to Richard Burton, the project manager, resolved the issue completely. And they did a great job! I am grateful for that but am still somewhat bemused it took a Facebook post to get results
