Had the best time yesterday trying a 40 minute sauna sesh followed by a 5 min cold water plunge ❤️Never did the cold water plunge before but let me tell you I'm HOOKED. My body felt so incredible and alive after. What an amazing experience. Definitely will be back 12/10 would recommend

If you're looking for a stress free retreat with friendly and hands-off staff, you need to check this out. The facility of a health spa in a self-service environment. It's definitely nice not to have people hovering over you while you relax. Head on down and spend a little time. The staff are friendly and will get you pointed in the right direction. Perfect if you want to just chill and do your own thing with all the facilities to de-stress.

Don’t walk, run here! There is literally something for everyone! Every experience I’ve had here has been so relaxing and enjoyable. Casey is so caring and attentive to your needs. Each location is a home away from home.
