Resident of two years. They're a good landlord company to rent from. Patient and fair. They will evict if you're not on top of payments after awhile. Quiet properties generally speaking. Maintenance can be hit or miss following up on certain issues but their staff was always patient with us, more than many would be probably. I recommend renting from them.

Kyle was on time and attentive when showing the apartment. Was able to put in a work order for an issue and have it solved in a timely manner before moving in.Kyle was clear, detailed and quick with the application process.
