My experience at Georgina was too much, after having its new owner, I consider that salon one of the best in Providence, Kiara is a very good girl, she treats her clients with respect and a lot of love, Patricia is the one who does my hair, I used to confuse her with Kiara because at first I spoke to her on the phone but then I realized that they were two different people, I definitely recommend it, I was an old client of the former owner but I had stopped going because I didn't like the treatment she offered, but the best thing she did was sell me to that girl. I love coming here. I've been going to Georgina's since before she owned her own salon. Which would have made me 16years old. Im in my 30's now. I have curly hair and lots of it. First off her prices are great it doesn't matter how long your hair gets she charges the same. I'm a hair person and being in the entertainment industry I need to have my hair last through the night and weekend after all the dancing and singing and sweating. She is the only one who can do my hair and it lasts. I don't do rollers Bc I don't have the time nor patience my life runs on a busy schedule, she is always able to get my hair done when I come into to the salon without waiting too long. What I love most about her blowdries is that she really puts her time into it, straightens my hair to the T. I love it no complaints. She never uses the flat iron on me unless I say so. personally I'm not a fan. So I suggest if you don't want flat ironing you tell her. She's a local owner who started renting chairs to owning her salon. So I say before you take anyone's word for it go experience it for yourself. I'll continue coming back. She's definitely hands down the best blow dry in town and cuts my hair right every time. It's a local business run by a local hair dresser so all I can say is go support it.
