I have been treated by Althea for over a year now, and have found her to be very qualified in massaging lymphedema. I have lost over 10 pounds in my leg, mostly due to her work. I highly recommend her.

When you leave her office …you will feel like you are floating out of there on a relaxing cloud. She is amazing, profesional, clean and a sincerely thoughtful person. I had a lot of swelling in my whole body. A lot of pain due to muscular skeletal issues and fibromyalgia from Lyme disease. She makes a big difference in my world. I was a mess before her.

Ms. Althea offers sports massage, couples massage, massaging oncology patients, lymphedema clients pre and post-op as well as a wide array of other modalities. The office is clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. Ms. Althea is very professional , extremely knowledgeable and personable.
Massage is a must add to your healthcare regimen. I HIGHLY recommend Effective Massage and Ms. Althea.
