First of all if you are planning to get a facial at balencia DIANE IS YOUR GIRL, she is one the nicest people I have ever met. My experience at balencia is amazing. The service in unbelievable I could not have asked for better people to welcome me and handle my skin. I got the acne facial, during it I had amazing conversation with my aesthetician Diane and she made me feel so safe and was very kind about whatever I had to say. I cannot believe how happy I was just by walking in and already feeling welcome by these amazing people. Amazing experience!!!! Friendly and easy to work with staff, doctor was so calm and sweet and listened to what I was looking for and did an exceptional job on both my friend and I! We are so happy with our treatments :)
