I have seen a dramatic reduction in my lower back pain as well as greater movement and flexibility in my everyday activities. I highly recommend Dr. Andrew Payne. I have gone to a few other acupuncturists in RI before for lower back/hip pain with little success. I felt like they were just going through the motions. Dr. Andy really focuses in on your specific issues and uses a variety of techniques to address them. I had a recent flair up and felt 80% better after my first treatment and the flair up was gone after the second. I have never had so much success with any treatment. He also has a calming, caring and relaxing presence. I am so happy to have found him!
