Always clean environment; pleasant, courteous Staff. Smiles and greetings when I walk in the door. My Mom was happy to have been with Nancy (S.) for over 40 years and I followed when we moved to Newport to care for Mom. The location may have changed a few times, but the Staff remains their kind, professional selves. Well done, ladies.
