“We're been going to the Pet Salon since 2000 with our pets and we couldn't be happier. They have groomed our cocker spaniel, keeshon and now our poms. Everyone of our pets come out looking like a show dog. Kristin, her sister and everyone who works there loves their work and the pets that come in. We highly recommend them.“

“Today, August 23rd was my first time at Ruff Waters Dog Wash.
The previous week i kept picturing myself on my knees, on the tile floor, with the toilet bowl blocking off half the tub where the
faucet is and trying to hold my Mini Poodle in the tub, as she will try to jump out.
Then a miracle happened. I spotted a sign Dog Wash ! I quickly
pulled in and went inside. Perfection is the best word to describe
this ingenuous set up. Everything you need, right there. Each
stall is enclosed and the door locks, no 4 legged intruders. There
is a board that Chris , the Owner, places in sink so if your pup is tiny he is up to your level, no bending.
Everything you will need he supplies.
P.S Chris treats all the dogs, both huge and tiny like they were his
kids !!!!

“Dr Richard Mello is the owner & vet. He is very dedicated to his patients & although he retired many years ago..he is still there treating his patients most days.WAH is very busy and the worldwide shortage of vets does not help. They are overwhelmed by people bringing their babies to them. They are often booked at least a month out for routine visits. They do their best to accommodate emergency calls. WAH tries to keep their fees reasonable and will work out a payment plan with you if you're honest!Dr Mello's daughter, Dr Jodi is also an experienced excellent vet there for many years. I've heard another long time vet is retiring soon. They have reduced their hours since COVID to Monday- Friday.I highly recommend WAH.“

“Have used this groomer for years. Current pup just gets bathed and neatened bc his fur is short. He always looks handsome after his visit. She's awesome and patient with him because he is absolutely high energy and doesn't like his paws touched. Great groomer.“

“My husband and I love Sakonnet grooming! We used to bring our bernese mix to a different groomer in the Warren/Bristol area & he would shake and not want to get out of the car. We unfortunately attributed this to him not liking the groomers.But thankfully we decided to try Sakonnet and he has done a total 180 with how he reacts to the groomers. He absolutely loves going there & you can tell that they really care about animals, especially the owner.I feel awful for bringing him to that other place for so long where he was clearly mistreated based on how terrified he would get.But I definitely recommend sakonnet grooming! Such a great place with great staff“
