I've been a patient here for 20 years and it seems like I was ignoring its recent pitfalls because how great my initial experience was all that time ago. However I can't deny just how unpleasant it's gotten there and how little they care about someone who's been a client for two decades so they have finally pushed me to leave which is a lot because I now have to go through the rigamarole of new patient appointments somewhere else.

Didn’t know I needed an appointment,. I called the day before and they said just come in so I did and they told me I had to check in and that I didn’t have an appointment and should have known one was necessary and I live in New Hampshire. They said they would try to accommodate me and to sit and wait but with no idea for how long and was told “we don’t know, could be all day” I’m there for heart trouble and if I didn’t have it before I sure do now. Incompetent, rude, obnoxious.
