So much can be said for just being nice to one another, and while I read all these negative comments about how horrible the staff is and how terrible the office is run, I can't help but wonder how some of those complainers may have been coming into their situations. Sure, you have a need and maybe a frustrating issue and of course your health is of the utmost importance, but the staff is there to convey your message and maintain hundreds, possibly thousands of other cases just like yours. It's taxing, it's difficult, and it can become very frustrating at times for everyone involved, including the staff. I've had quite a few medical issues in my life and interacted with numerous medical professionals and their staff. Those experiences have not always gone so well and adversely affected my healing. I'm an intelligent and sensitive woman with high expectations of those in healthcare. Dr. Deleo and the Linden Tree Southcoast office have been outstanding in every aspect and have made a positive impact on the quality of my life. I should have weighed in long before now.
I have known Dr. DeLeo for several years. I actually met her while serving her at a local restaurant. I am someone that avoids going to physicals and that I fear will most likely be my downfall eventually. I see so many negative reviews on this site, but I would like to make one thing clear, as an educated professional guy. Life is full of ups and downs and no matter what these days, anything you say or do, will be either accepted, or picked apart by individuals who typically have nothing better to do. I do not and would not base the level of treatment I receive on a rude or misunderstood receptionist. These women take numerous call every day and if you have never had an off day..... you're lying to yourself. Dr. DeLeo is my primary and although it's been a while since needing to see her, I have been the most comfortable with her over any other physician in the past. The nurses are caring and although many may disagree, I think it's one of the best family friendly medical practices in the area. Please disregard the comments about receptionists unless you believe they actually play a roll in your diagnosis or treatment, but remember, they are the "grease that keeps the wheels running". If your looking for a primary, you can't go wrong with Dr. DeLeo! That is all!
