Wow. Went here to buy a 55" tv, brought it home, set it up, lines all through it and screen gets dark within 10 seconds of being on. I called and they said I could get a refund or exchange so obviously I went back to get my money and they tell me the serial number on the TV and box don't match so they can't make the return. Took my money and didn't get anything back. No store credit, no exchange, nothing. Money just handed to them. Will never show up here again. Don't buy from here they're a scam.
This Walmart is large and it has a decent size parking lot. I went to get some Equate over the counter products and their selection was good and the items were neatly displayed on the shelves. The Equate brand of products can easily save you 20-50% national brand names, with similar active ingredients, give them a try if you have not yet done so. I did not require any assistance, so I got what I needed, used the self checkout register and was in/out in 5 minutes. Very convenient.
I've lived here for two weeks. First, I place a pick-up order for over $200.00 as I needed everything in my new place. Pick-up was at 6-7 pm, but I got a message at 5:45 that my order would delayed. We started dinner only to receive a message that my order was actually ready. We finished dinner and went to pick-up at 7:15. When I called to let them know I arrived, I only got a voicemail There were about 25 cars in pick-up and only 3 workers. I finally left at 9 pm, still without my order; I left my name and number and asked if I could get delivery the next day. No contact until four days when they let me know that they understood I got busy so restocked the items. One week later, I tried delivery of $160 of items-a rolling walker and some items like sponges, dishwashing soap, etc. I selected a delivery time and adyed a tip of $5 as I live about a minute away from the store and delivery should take about 10 minutes. Delivery to be at 5 pm. I realized that I had never received the usual e-mail acknowledging the order so I checked on-line. My order was listed as if I had never chosen a time, but the tip was raised to $16 que I was urged to "select a delivery time". A call to the store resulted in a transfer to a second person who had no more info than the first. They promised to look into it and call me back. No call back. Not sure I even want to enter this store after reading the reviews. This store is in contention for the title Worst Walmart In America
