I have to agree with some of the other reviewers that this place leaves much to be desired. I will say the salon is clean and they got me in quickly. However, I felt completely rushed to pick a color while the tech started my manicure… how am I supposed to pick a color without my hands?? ?? she did not shape my nails in any desirable way or ask how I wanted them shaped. Just roughly filed them… completely dry cut my cuticles with nothing to soften them. Overall, extremely rushed and not a relaxing experience at all. *UPDATE* called today got an appointment which always works out with my schedule. Usually I have a great experience but today was not it. M did my nails in which I’ve had her before but I felt completely rushed and my hands were handled rough. It seemed like maybe she was having an off day but I pay good money for a little treat for myself and I was extremely dissatisfied. The whole experience today was rushed and I was handled extremely rough even with the massage. If you don’t wanna work today maybe call out and take a break.
Karis did the absolute most, I’ve never been so happy with a manicure in my life! I got dips in no.77 (SNS Diamond Lake), and she gave me the exact shape I wanted (short and coffin-esque). These aren’t bulky at all, they’re perfectly sloped to match a natural nail bed, and they’re not too sharp or blunt. She didn’t cut or burn my fingers at all. She has an incredible eye for detail and did an amazing job. The salon is very clean and modern with a calming atmosphere.
(Also please note, some of my fingers are a bit crooked and like to curve, the nails really are even!)
