They treat you like you are sub human, no, I say this in general, they this doesn’t mean everyone there are a few very nice people that work there, but I have encountered more of the worse. Ones that will literally go out of their way to hurt you more or know that there is definitely something wrong with you and they send you home with a discharge the letter. I have been dealing with an issue with an injury. I’ve had gotten almost 3 years ago now and I keep going back and they keep telling me that it’s something else, but why would the wound keep opening and getting infected if there’s not some thing going on on the inside. There is my rant for the day.

Better than the main one on Cass Ave., but really miss the ER. They were able to figure out a problem I had was due to two meds I was on at the same time. Cass couldn't figure that out.

I have only been to this hospital twice as a patient. Both times out of necessity. Im still dealing with billing over a year later. The billing department has been unable to follow simple instructions on how to mail a letter so they sent the bill to collections who also can't follow those same simple instructions. Unless your 100% covered for the bill I would strongly encourage you to go to any other hospital or even an urgent care before going to this hospital. Save yourself the time and headache
