Called Wednesday morning after the Fourth of July. My call was returned right away. The truck showed up before noon. My problem was a blockage at the inlet to the tank which Dan cleared and told me that I didn’t really need to have it pumped. I told him to pump it anyway - 38 years since I had moved in and never had it pumped.. ugly stuff but Dan and his partner took care of everything. Reasonable pricing. Great professional service. I’ll call them again in 38 years.Tom. North Smithfield.

First time user. Came the same day I called. Pumped my septic tanks. As a new home owner they were very helpful and explained how the system works and how it should be maintained.Will definitely use them again!

We recently purchased a house that had never had the septic system serviced/pumped. We could not find it on our own, DH Keene was the only company that said they would help locate the tank.
