We recently had DH Keene Septic Services come out to empty the tank for an elderly lady in our family. From start to finish their service was absolutely excellent. The kind woman who we made the appointment with understood our needs and helped work around our time line. The team was punctual, professional, and very respectful throughout the visit.

Dan was great to work with from beginning to end of our septic system replacement. It was evident our septic system was failing and he did everything he could to avoid us having to replace the system, including rerouting the septic to the old leaching field. It held up for a little while, but inevitably I had to get it replaced. He was not a pushy salesman, he was very knowledgeable and professional, and the price was lower than other quotes. I would recommend this company if you need your septic system replaced.
