Christin took a holistic approach to my massage therapy and incorporated a lot of stretches, some that I had never had before and worked on loosening up not just my main “problem muscle” but the surrounding ones as well for a more complete fix. She truly knows what she is doing. I have had over a hundred massages in my life, and while they feel good in the moment and maybe several hours later, or at most for a day, the pain or discomfort usually returns the next day. Her skills, professionalism, and attention to detail were exceptional. She took the time to listen to my concerns and tailored the session to my needs, helping relieve tension and leaving me feeling relaxed and refreshed.
