Dr Gross is a very caring Dr. She spent time with me regarding my issues. I wasn't rushed at all. I was on a different antibiotic which was prescribed by a PA that was not doing anything. She prescribed me a different one that is working. I do have to say the person at the desk when you walk in was not so friendly. 5 stars to Dr Gross. Thank you

This was quite possibly the worst experience I’ve had at a walk-in clinic, customer service wise. From the moment we came in, an older lady with grey hair was running the reception desk. Extremely rude, arrogant, and just simply unprofessional. It seemed as though it was almost a burden for her to do her own job. She was going back and forth from the reception desk to the back, and you could hear her complaining about clients in the back. I understand if you’re having a bad day, but to let it out on clients and the staff is just wrong. If I could leave a zero star review I would!

I wanted to post here to share my positive experience with this urgent Care clinic. I have gone to this clinic approximately eight times in the past several years, and every time I have been seen within 30 minutes, treated kindly, and listened to by the staff and medical providers. They've become my go-to place for illness that won't go away on its own.
