Have visited three times since the remodel and new ownership. My first visit I had a great green tea pedicure, second time had a good gel mani, third visit was terrible. Each previous visit the AC was not running, just a few box fans. During my third visit, on a very hot day, the thermostat read 91 degrees. It was unbearable. On top of that, the employee doing my manicure was rushing and not the friendliest. He received a tip from a previous client during my service and he stopped to count the cash. I went here after a local Narragansett salon told me ' we are not accepting appointments for new customers'. Really....I was in the plaza for Ocean Nails and just went in and made an appointment.I found a clean salon, cheerful decor. Excellent service. Friendly staff.I will go back.

I had not been before, but brought my daughter and her friend in for manicures, for a treat. The staff was friendly and professional and the place was immaculately clean as well as very soothing - with understated paint colors, a small fountain and instrumental music in the background. They had a fabulous selection of nail polishes (significantly more color and style options than the place I have traditionally gone, in Newport) and their prices were very reasonable!
