I really enjoyed the 8am yoga on the beach! The instructor was so welcoming and gave great instruction (with lots of jokes throughout the class). The sequence was very accessible to all levels. I loved that we walked down to the water to complete the warrior sequence with the waves hitting our feet. I will be back!

I saw the signs for Yoga on the Beach when we were visiting family in Rhode Island last year. This year I had the opportunity to attend and I’m so glad I did! Gina was great, and the setting is beautiful!! Hope to make this part of our annual visits!!
