Since this company has taken over management of our neighbors house we have had very few problems with the college renters. The few complaints we have had have been addressed promptly.
Me and family stayed at 47 Sewell St. We had a great time. House was very clean, and neighborhood was very quiet. I’m a 6’2 bigger guy, let’s just say the living room furniture was too small for me lol. Great location, quick walk to the beach, and great locations to eat. I will definitely book again.
Another fantastic year at our rental! Narragansett Properties has always been so positive for anything we need. Already requested booking again next summer! Just wish we could check in earlier ?
