I have been coming here for almost 15 years, pretty much at five-year intervals. The service and treatment have been excellent. They do tend to be very busy but have been able to fit me in when needed.

I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Elevado and his staff. They couldn’t have been nicer and more efficient. I also had an endoscopy at their east Greenwich location and that was a great experience too. Everyone was pleasant and I was very well cared for. I highly recommend them.

So, it takes forever to get someone on the phone. Then you leave voicemails, that's assuming the line doesn't beep busy and kick you or send you to the wrong mailbox. The individual working the desk is very disorganized and doesn't appear to know what she's doing. I was 10 minutes early for my appointment, but because of her inadequacy and her not letting them know I was there the nurse began to scold me for being late.The icing on the cake has been just now. I was told to show up to the hospital for a test and when I got here discovered I was given the wrong time by the nurse at Gastro!
