About Spa Light
Spa Light is a 14,000 sq ft. spa located in Providence, Rhode Island, offering a retreat inspired by Korea's traditional bath houses. The spa features saunas, heated and chilled pools, relaxation lounges, massage therapies, dining, and beauty services. Guests can unwind in steam rooms, Jacuzzis, and multiple saunas, including a charcoal dry sauna and a Himalayan salt room, which are the highlight of the experience. The bath area has three pools—warm, hot, and cold—and the sauna rooms provide a relaxing atmosphere, with heated chairs that make visitors almost fall asleep. The men's locker room is equipped with open and closed showers, and the spa offers great value with day passes starting at $70. The Korean restaurant inside is expensive but delicious, with food rated 7 out of 10, and the overall environment is clean and spacious. Visitors have enjoyed relaxing with massage chairs and even sleeping in the Himalayan salt room. However, some guests mention that noise levels can be high, especially on weekends, which can disturb the relaxing atmosphere. Staff is generally helpful and accommodating, though there have been instances of unhelpful service at the front desk. Overall, Spa Light has the potential to be an authentic and rejuvenating experience, especially with some improvements in noise control and customer service.
I went on a $15 day pass with a purchase of service, I chooses the foot flexology and chair massage 60 minutes for $100 dollars. I eat from the Korean restaurant I will give the food 7 out 10 and the Spa Light 9 out of 10. clean and relaxing. I got a sleep in the himalaya salt room, the jade room, the relaxing with the massage chairs, wow! I will be going again!
