I was just rear ended today and am in alot of pain . So I decided it's best I go to urgent care in Lincoln seeing I've been here 50 +time in my life to only be told they will not see me because I don't have my insurance card. I am very disappointed with them seeing that I've been here so much and I'm on file ID AND INSURANCE but because I came straight here to get seen and don't carry my card I'm refused service . GREAT JOB HELPING SOMEONE WHO NEEDS IT ..... I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AND I HOPE YOU DONT EITHER
Everyone was very kind and thorough PA Dias explained every step of the procedures and went over everything until I felt comfortable with our course of action
The positives: great people working there, very clean and organized. The doctor I saw was extremely thorough. The bad news: incredibly long wait times. Ninety minutes in the waiting room, an additional hour in the exam room before I was seen. Less than five minutes with the Doctor. Was then sent to get an X-ray in the same building. Twenty minutes in their waiting room. No one visible before me. Back to Doc for a two minute wrap up in the exam room. Clocked out at a full three hours. I recommend emergency only, all others call your own Doctor. I was on a quiet Sunday morning with one man ahead of me that was visible, about three other people came out before me. Yikes.
