This review encompasses all three medical providers as I have seen each of them. Both the PA and MD were compassionate, attentive and skilled. They are the reason for the 3 stars. The NP that I saw came up lacking. I saw her this morning after having had a fever, sore throat and very swollen glands for 4 days. I told her my throat and ears hurt and my glands were painful. She did not assess my glands or look in my ears. She briefly looked in my throat. I definitely felt unheard when she diagnosed me with, “the same viral cough and congestion that everyone has.” I had neither cough nor congestion. Had a bad case of uric acid buildup(arthritic gout), gave me a steroid and no other meds. Didn't help much. A little disappointed. They won't bill you either, they want payment up front.
Mixed Reviews for me, two completely different experiences in two instances. I believe you are at the mercy of the doctor, if the physician you get on the day of treatment takes ownership, you are good to go, else you are stuck.
1) One doctor gave excellent treatment and sent me to the specialty hospital with appropriate first aid and thankful for the same
2) One doctor didn't even give me any prescription, after all tests - Strep A, Strep B, Covid - Rapid and Extensive and all turned negative. Still didn't give an antibiotic, though I was suffering with severe cold & laryngitis for a week, despite sending bill for 400$. I had to suffer for one more week and...read full review
