Conklin Limestone is a great family-owned business and the best in the business for hardscaping materials. They offer great service, very reasonable pricing, and a large variety of products. The company is known for being very friendly, reliable, and helpful, providing excellent service and delivery. Their design assistance is top notch and they are very knowledgeable, offering excellent guidance for projects. They are patient and super helpful with both contractors and homeowners, eager to answer any questions. Many have used them for all their hardscaping projects for over ten years and would recommend them to everyone for all hardscape material needs.
I'm a homeowner. We recently installed a pool, patio and retaining wall at our home in Northeastern RI. The contractor that did the work used Conklin Limestone for all of the supplies. The results were excellent. The leftover dirt from the pool created an opportunity for a separate retaining wall elsewhere on our property. The pool/patio budget did not leave room for the separate retaining wall but we knew that it was something that would make the property more attractive and more valuable. Best in the business! Avalon Design Group LLC has been using Conklin for all our hardscaping projects for over 10 years. Julie and Fred are always great to deal with as a contractor, and super helpful with clients in there design area.
At the time of my visit there was no active mining or ongoing processing at the site. Employees at the site indicated that they are 'cleaning' up in preparation for the resumption of processing of product for 'ag lime' & landscape stone for the coming planting season.
