We had our house rewired, which required many holes drilled in the plaster. After not being home for 3 weeks, our house was covered in plaster & saw dust. Despite our best efforts, we were unable to stay in the house since we both have asthma. We called several cleaning companies, including some national franchises. It was after 8pm on a Friday. Kevin was the only one who answered his phone. My wife explained our dilemma. He discussed our options & told us that it would be expensive to send a crew in on the weekend. He gave us a price estimate. The crew was there first thing Saturday morning, they stayed all day & did an incredible job. You would never know that it had been buried under a layer of dust. The price came in on the low end of the estimate. It is a pleasure to do business with a responsive, diligent & honest company. I would definitely use Cleanworks again.
Several weeks ago we had a pretty substantial water leak from our heating system. We had water in our second floor bathroom, living room, coming from our recessed lighting in the kitchen and the majority of the basement was flooded. After speaking with our insurance company they essentially advised us to get prices on our own. I reached out to Kevin and his team at Clean works restoration for assistance. Kevin, John and the entire crew has been extremely accommodating with our horrible schedules (night shift and demo work don’t go together well) they’ve also helped us navigate the process with insurance. They were able to remedy a lot of the water damage while minimizing disruption to our home. Our basement is now better than it was before. Can’t recommend them enough. If you’re ever in an unfortunate situation and in need of a clean up company they should be your first call.
